Our bussers work well in a fast-paced team environment and help create an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
- Bussers remove tableware between courses and clear and reset tables after guests leave.
- Bussers take used silverware, dishes, and glassware to their appropriate stations for washing and restock appropriate areas.
- Bussers respond to guest requests and communicate with the servers and hosts as needed to ensure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service.
Required skills and qualifications to be a Busser with Mad Mex Canonsburg:
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Restaurant experience not required
Physical requirements for Busser with Mad Mex Canonsburg:
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
- Able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds.
While specific scheduling needs may vary, in general applicants are expected to have availability to work a mix of both weekdays and weekends as well as a mix of daytime and closing (night) shift availability.
