About The Role
The Director of Product Management will be responsible for co-leading the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Mad Mobile’s Restaurant product portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to create innovative and customer-centric solutions that address the needs of our restaurant customers. You will drive product development from ideation to launch, ensuring that Mad Mobile’s offerings continue to meet and exceed market demands. As a leader in the product management team support CAKE, you will help define the strategic direction for our products and ensure alignment with the company's goals.

In This Role, You Will
- Own the product strategy and roadmap, defining priorities based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
- Define and articulate clear product vision, goals, and specifications for new product features, enhancements, and integrations.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Deliver high-quality products on time and within budget, managing cross-functional teams to execute on product initiatives.
- Communicate product updates, challenges, and successes to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.
- Proven Experience in product management, with at least 7 years of experience leading product teams, managing product lifecycles, and launching successful products, preferably in the retail or technology industries.
- Strong Strategic Thinking and Visioning skills, with the ability to translate customer insights and business objectives into actionable product strategies.
- Experience in Agile Methodologies and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, iterative development environment.
- Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills, with the ability to effectively work with design, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to drive product success.
- Strong Data-Driven Decision Making, with the ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and product performance to inform product development and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience in Managing and Mentoring Teams, providing guidance, support, and growth opportunities for junior and mid-level product managers.
- Customer-Centric Mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and driving customer success through product innovation.
- Building Ai enabled solutions and leveraging Ai to speed products to market.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). MBA or other advanced degrees are a plus.
- Experience with SaaS Products or technology platforms, especially in the retail or restaurant sectors, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Product Management Tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Confluence) and project management software is beneficial.
- Experience in UX/UI Design or working closely with design teams to optimize user experience is a plus.
- Situational Adaptability: Adapting approach and demeanor in real-time to match the shifting demands of different situations.
