Job Summary
We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in human resources and recruiting, particularly in high-growth software/technology companies. This role involves a wide range of recruiting activities, including talent acquisition, job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management. You will work closely with the US Director of People Operations and the CHRO to ensure all recruiting processes are followed in accordance with company guidelines and legal requirements.

- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Interviewing: Conduct interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Employer Branding: Promote Mad Mobile as an employer of choice through various channels and initiatives.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Engagement Initiatives: Assist in organizing and executing employee engagement activities to boost morale and productivity.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from employees to improve engagement strategies and overall workplace satisfaction.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

- Confidentiality: Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. SHRM or PHR certification is a plus.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in recruiting or HR roles.
- Tools: Experience with ADP WorkforceNOW or similar HRIS is a plus.
