Job Overview: Mad Science Corporate Locations are looking for a motivated and energetic Account Coordinator/Salesperson to join our team in Los Angeles. In this in-person role, you will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating accounts. You will help grow our business by delivering exceptional customer service and presenting our unique STEM programs to parents, schools, camps, and community organizations.
We are looking for someone with a passion for bringing fun and educational science programming to children from preschool through 6th grade. If you love education, enjoy closing deals, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell Mad Science’s services and programs to schools and community organizations.
- Conduct extensive outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Take initiative in identifying and following up on sales leads, finding new business opportunities, and closing deals.
- Meet and exceed high revenue goals, contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline sales processes and ensure efficiency in operations.
- Manage accounts and ensure a seamless experience for customers from booking to execution.
- Provide feedback on ways to improve processes and services to enhance customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Engage with customers over the phone and in person, offering warm and caring support to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to helping children discover the wonders of science through fun, hands-on programs.
