What are the responsibilities and job description for the Children's Party/Event Entertainer / performer position at Mad Science of Houston?
Mad Science of Houston is currently looking for high-energy performers for birthday parties and special events who love working with groups of elementary age kids.
This is a great job if you enjoy performing in front of groups of adults and kids. Party and special event programs can be for small groups of children (10-30 kids and parents) or large stage shows (<250 kids and parents).
Mad Science instructors are expected to perform back-to-back science experiments during the show. Instructors are not required to have a science background. All supplies and training are provided by Mad Science. Shows are typically anywhere from 1-3 hours long. All instructors must have reliable vehicle. Mileage will be compensated for all events happening outside of the Mad Science Laboratory. Also tips are great if you make the party exciting and fun.
