Child Development Specialists

Key Responsibilities:
As a Mad Science instructor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading interactive science programs for kids, including hands-on activities and experiments.


• Observing experienced instructors and attending training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.


• Evaluating program effectiveness and suggesting improvements to ensure a high-quality experience for participants.


• Collaborating with colleagues to develop and refine educational content that aligns with our mission and values.


• Engaging with parents and guardians to provide updates on program progress and achievements.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• A strong passion for science and education, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an engaging and accessible way.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.


• Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities.


• A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license, with a willingness to travel to various locations as needed.


• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to collaborative problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer competitive compensation, with a rate of $40 per hour, plus reimbursement for mileage exceeding 25 miles round trip.
