About the Role
As a Fitness Trainer at MADabolic North Raleigh, you will lead our signature group fitness classes, delivering an exceptional experience to every client. Your role goes beyond coaching—it’s about building meaningful relationships, adopting the MADabolic lifestyle, and embodying our core values.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver High-Standard Classes: Prepare and execute MADabolic programming, including the whiteboard speech, movement demonstrations, warmups, and workouts.
- Engage Clients: Build relationships through meaningful conversations, learning names, understanding fitness goals, and offering personalized encouragement.
- Uphold Quality Training: Provide impactful movement cues and form corrections to ensure clients perform exercises safely and effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other trainers and team members to maintain a supportive and engaging environment.
- Studio Maintenance: Ensure the studio is clean and tidy between classes.
- Client Engagement: Meet and greet clients in the lobby, provide a welcoming experience, and check in on new and existing members’ progress.

- Exceed Standards: Quarterly evaluations through the MADabolic Trainer Report Card will measure your progress, class delivery, and client engagement. Strive to meet and exceed these benchmarks.
What Success Looks Like
- 30 Days:
- Attend four MADabolic classes weekly.
- Complete a two-day training camp in Charlotte, NC.
- 30-45 Days:
- Begin shadowing trainers as part of your onboarding process.
- Master the whiteboard speech, movement demos, and warmups.
- 60-90 Days:
- Complete onboarding and pass the final evaluation with MADabolic HQ sign-off.
Qualifications
- Accredited training certification (StrongFirst, BioForce, USA Weightlifting, NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) required by the time you begin teaching.
- CPR certification.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to command a room and deliver engaging classes.
- Quality movement patterns and natural athleticism.
- Willingness to travel to Charlotte, NC, for training.
- Coachable and open to feedback.
