Madalon Law is a boutique Plaintiff's Personal Injury law firm. We pride ourselves in detailed, meticulous, aggressive representation. Being effective is not enough, we want to be the best. We are seeking a senior level pre-litigation and litigation case manager to effectively prosecute a case load of approximately 80-100 files with an assistant.
Responsibilities :
- Managing a case load of primarily auto accident and slip and fall cases from intake and opening through settlement and closing.
- Intake, opening, file management, management of assistants, medical management of client's treatment, attending medical appointments with clients, scheduling, demand preparation and drafting, negotiations, closing settlement statements and medical balance negotiations.
- Draft litigation complaints, discovery responses, prep mediation notebooks, depo prep, hearing prep and trial prep.
