Madalon Law is a boutique Plaintiff's Personal Injury law firm. We pride ourselves in detailed, meticulous, aggressive representation. Being effective is not enough, we want to be the best. We are seeking a senior level pre-litigation case manager.
Responsibilities :
- Managing a case load of primarily auto accident and slip and fall cases from intake and opening through settlement and closing with support staff.
- Intake, opening, file management, management of assistants, medical management of client's treatment, attending medical appointments with clients, scheduling, review of demand preparation and draft, when overload draft demands, some negotiations, closing settlement statements and medical balance negotiations.
