Prior cannabis experience is a plus, but above all, we seek those eager to immerse themselves in cannabis education and elevate the customer experience. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact, warmly greeting guests and ensuring an inviting, elevated experience.
- Guide customers through our curated selection of products, tailoring recommendations to their wellness goals.
- Utilize the Dutchie POS system to facilitate seamless transactions, guest check-ins, and check-outs.
- Elevate the customer journey by curating personalized wellness plans and product selections.
- Maintain deep knowledge of cannabis products, effects, and wellness applications, actively participating in ongoing education.
- Upsell premium products and experiences in an authentic, customer-first manner.
- Maintain compliance with regulations and accurate guest records.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to uphold Madame Jane’s elevated standard of service.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and ensure any concerns are addressed promptly.
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail (hospitality, luxury, or wellness experience a plus).
- Cannabis industry experience preferred, but a strong passion for learning and engaging with cannabis at a high level is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers thoughtfully.
- Strong ability to curate personalized experiences and upsell products authentically.
