Duties:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the market
- Provide sales support to customers throughout the sales process
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients
- Utilize Spanish language skills for bilingual communication, if applicable
- Engage in outside sales activities to expand the customer base
- Utilize retail sales techniques to promote products or services
- Demonstrate strong public speaking skills during presentations and client interactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management or a related field
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Ability to provide excellent sales support and customer service
- Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals effectively
- Familiarity with managing and optimizing a sales pipeline
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
