In this position you will work closely with the marketing team and the six Madden and Gilbert Physical Therapy locations to build and maintain external relationships in the local and surrounding communities.

Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated external marketing representative to join our team. In this position you will work closely with the marketing team and the six Madden and Gilbert Physical Therapy locations to build and maintain external relationships in the local and surrounding communities.
- Schedule and organize events with partners. Events include workshops, health fairs, and lunch ‘n learns with local groups.
- Maintaining existing relationships with local groups, organizations, & employers.
- Building relationships with local employers.
- Managing and maintaining relationships with physicians and other providers in the area.
- Having follow up conversations with potential patients who respond to advertisements.
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in the use of computers and willingness to learn new software programs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
