Sales Representative

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative with a background in maintenance to join our client’s team. This unique role blends technical knowledge, sales and working in the field with crews, making it ideal for a professional who understands the operational challenges of maintenance and can communicate the value of our products and services to clients and members of your team.

Sales Representative Shift: Monday-Friday with travel throughout Nevada.

Sales Representative Pay: $34-37/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.

• Leverage your maintenance experience to identify client pain points and offer tailored solutions.

• Conduct on-site visits to demonstrate products and services, ensuring alignment with customer needs.

• Provide technical insights and support during client consultations, bridging the gap between product features and practical applications.

• Work with crews in the field.

• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or a related customer-facing role.

• Background in maintenance.

• Strong understanding of maintenance processes, tools, and equipment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in industrial conveyors.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents or blueprints.

• Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
