Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill a Commercial Re-Roof Sales / Estimator with a Roofing company located in Phoenix, AZ.
Pay-rate : $90,000-$100,000 annually base salary plus 4% commission
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 6 : 00AM-2 : 30PM

Estimator Responsibilities
Conduct site visits to gather roof measurements, take photos, and assess project requirements.
Prepare accurate cost estimates by importing PDF roof drawings into On-Screen Takeoff estimating software.
Utilize estimating sheets to develop detailed breakdowns of labor, materials, and other project costs.
Analyze and interpret project specifications to ensure estimates align with project goals and industry standards.
Maintain and update pricing databases for materials, subcontractors, and labor to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.
Collaborate with the operations team to confirm project feasibility, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Review completed bids for accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Sales Responsibilities
Engage with business owners, property managers, and landlords to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate leads, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value of services offered.
Generate proposals using Microsoft Word and email; track and follow up on all bids via a CRM tool.
Secure contracts by negotiating terms and providing outstanding customer service.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
Attend networking events, conferences, and client meetings to represent the company and generate new business.
Provide regular updates on sales goals and progress to management.
General Responsibilities

Qualifications
Preferred : 2 years of experience in sales or commercial roofing.
Preferred : Experience in the construction industry, particularly in re-roofing projects.
Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff) is a plus.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
