Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads for commercial roofing projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare cost estimates, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful project delivery.
- Stay informed on market trends and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience in roofing, construction, or trades.
- Understanding of roofing systems and commercial construction practices.
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and project needs.
