What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Maintenance position at Madden Industrial Craftsmen?
Private Resort Building Engineer will provide management of all facility maintenance activities, consisting of periodic maintenance and repair of support building(s) EPA, HVAC, electrical, structural and mechanical systems.
Responsibilities for this position include:
Responsible for conducting and/or overseeing preventative maintenance on the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems, fire life safety, and property specific systems.
Performs routine inspections: air conditioning equipment, furnace systems, chillers, coolers, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, windows, doors, locks, and smoke detectors
Be responsive to tenant requests in the areas of safety, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and environmental needs through both personal contact and work order systems
Performs a variety of service work in specialized building systems such as mechanical, electrical / electronic, hydraulics, carpentry, or machine servicing
Refrigeration equipment: coolers and chillers, boilers
Manage sub-contractors\3rd party support services
Manage, inventory, and order materials
Maintain schedules of all Facility Technicians, including emergencies off hour services
Manage Facility budgets
Licensing or Certifications for Building Engineer
Licenses or certifications preferred:
EPA, Boiler, OSHA, HVAC,
Requirements:
3 years of Building Facility Maintenance Management
Shift Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00
Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and driving abstract
