- Provides great customer service to tenants
- Communicates all problems to Program Manager in a reasonable time frame
- Provides well-documented tenant files
- Demonstrates leadership, and promote professionalism through appearance, attitude and communication skills.
- Keeps rental office clean, neat, and well organized.
Completes all required documentation for Income Certifications for any of the following programs as applicable based on assigned property: Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program, WSHFC Bond, Property Tax Exemption and submits to the Housing Compliance Manager for approval prior to move in.
- Processes payments timely and according to policy and procedure.
- Properly executes receipts for all monies collected.
Qualifications:
Experience in property management rentals, facilities management/maintenance, real estate of related field
3 years of experience serving in an administrative support role
Proficiency with Yardi, Knock, OneSite, Microsoft Office Suite software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Background checks are required for all housing
