What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Builder/Millwright position at Madden Industrial Craftsmen?
Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for a full time Machine Builder/Millwright with a manufacturing company located in Molalla, OR. The person in this position will be rebuilding plywood industry equipment to client needs doing tear downs, reconditioning of parts and machinery frames, and installing new chains, and bearings.
Pay: $24-$30/hr
Machine Builder/Millwright Responsibilities:
Repair and rebuild plywood industry equipment.
Operate power tools and hand tools to tear down and perform installs on equipment.
Fabricating parts.
Stick weld as required.
Read blueprints and schematics.
Frequent problem solving.
Machine Builder/Millwright Qualifications:
2 years of experience in Millwright, Maintenance Mechanic, or Machine Builder experience
High mechanical aptitude.
Fabrication skills.
Stick welding experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
Prior lumber, sawmill, or plywood industry background preferred.
Shift:
Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM
