What are the responsibilities and job description for the Metal Rolling Machine Operator position at Madden Industrial Craftsmen?
Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for someone with experience in metal rolling and / or metal welding who would be willing to learn how to roll and form metal our client is located in Tualatin, Oregon and specializes in plate rolling services for everything from small custom projects to large industrial equipment.
- Metal Rolling Machine Operator
Full Time Position
Experience and / or knowledge of different types of metal is a must.
Set up and operate a rolling machine to bend / form metal such as sheets, bars, and angles into arcs, cylinders, cones, etc.
Contour metal specified by work order, drawings, templates, or layout
Perform a final inspection of completed parts to verify accuracy
Perform miscellaneous operations such as tack welding, flame cutting, plasma cutting, or sawing.
Mark / identify parts on completed jobs
May be required to palatalize / band / shrink wrap for outgoing order when needed.
Metal Rolling Machine Operator Job Requirements :
Ability to safely rig and move heavy loads while using the overhead bridge and jib cranes
Be or become forklift certified (in house)
Experience with metal rolling will move you to the top of consideration.

7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm
22 / hr - $32 / hr to start / depending on experience
Salary : $22 - $32
