Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for several MOLD AND ASBESTOS TECHNICIANS to join our team in the restoration industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire restoration, water damage restoration, and asbestos abatement. This role requires hands-on work to clean, restore, and build various structures affected by damage. MOLD AND ASBESTOS TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform restoration tasks including assessing damage and implementing restoration plans.
- Conduct water damage restoration by identifying sources of water intrusion and executing appropriate remediation techniques.
- Carry out asbestos abatement procedures safely and effectively, adhering to all regulations and guidelines.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning, restoring, and rebuilding affected areas.
- Execute carpet cleaning processes to restore carpets to their original condition.
MOLD AND ASBESTOS TECHNICIANS REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in the restoration industry is preferred, with specific knowledge of fire restoration and water damage restoration techniques.
- Familiarity with asbestos abatement practices is a plus.
- Texas state mold certification
- Asbestos Certification
- Must be able to pass background check/drug screen/yearly medical exam/mold fit test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
