National Business Development Manager

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill a National Business Development Manager with a Roofing company located in the Houston area. The ideal candidate will live in the Houston area and be able to travel regularly.

Pay-rate : $100,000-$115,000 annually 3% commission GP

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 6 : 00AM-2 : 30PM

This is a Direct Hire Opportunity

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the roofing and manufacturing industries.
  • Leverage existing relationships to drive revenue growth and expand the client base.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer service.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, market demands, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities.

Requirements :

  • 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of business development success.
  • Experience in roofing, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred.
  • Strong existing network and a book of business to leverage for immediate impact.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, develop sales strategies, and drive results.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and develop partnerships.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
