Job Summary
Work with Customers to resolve diverse issues ranging from hardware and network connectivity support to back end integrations in a multi-facet fast paced environment. Must be detail oriented and have ability to convey information back to the customer at their knowledge level. Must give attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, quality and timeliness. Need the ability to research technical issues and document solutions in a timely manner. Requires excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
- VPN Configurations
- Firewall and security system management
- Windows/Linux web server configuration and management
- Provide written instructions to customers who email in questions/concerns
- Communicate oral instructions to customer who call in questions/concerns
- Host the on-call phone in rotation every few weeks to provide afterhours support following training
- Work with other departments to provide the best customer service possible
- Troubleshoot hardware support questions to find solutions for customer issues
We are in search of a qualified candidate possessing expertise in the following areas: computer support, Microsoft Windows support, network support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
