What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Technician position at Maddie's Motor Sports?
Maddie's Motor Sports, Western New York’s largest motorcycle and powersports dealership group, is looking for an experienced Powersports Technician. Any experience with these brands is highly preferred: Can-Am 3W/ORV, Polaris, Slingshot, CFMOTO, Indian, KTM, Husqvarna & Triumph, and Ski-Doo.
Qualifications for the position:
· Recent dealership service technician experience
· State of NY motorcycle inspection license (or willingness to obtain)
· Valid New York driver’s license (cycle endorsement preferred)
· OEM service certifications and/or technical school diploma (such as MMI)
· Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
· Your own hand tools and pneumatic or electrical power tools
· Ability to effectively diagnose repairs, and compose repair order notes
