Social Coordinator

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Design engaging social media graphics, flyers, and table tents to promote specials, events, and new offerings.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of our food, drinks, staff, nightlife, and some events.
• Maintain an active presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok by scheduling and posting content.
• Monitor social media notifications, messages, and comments to engage with our audience in a timely manner.
• Stay on top of social media trends and implement creative strategies to grow our audience.

Website & Digital Presence Management

• Keep our website updated with current promotions, menu items, and event details.
• Upload live music schedules to the website and create Facebook events.
• Maintain and update our Google Business profile, ensuring hours, images, and key information are accurate.

Analytics, Advertising & Influencer Collaborations

• Track and analyze social media performance, website traffic, and engagement metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving reach and engagement based on analytics.
• Create and manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to maximize visibility and promotions.
• Identify and reach out to local influencers for collaborations, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with managers to align marketing efforts with business goals, upcoming events, and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in social media marketing, preferably in the restaurant, bar, or hospitality industry.
• Strong graphic design skills (Canva or similar design tools).
• Photography and video editing skills.
• Familiarity with Wix for website updates and email marketing.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager (setting up, optimizing, and analyzing ad campaigns).
• Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies, outreach, and partnership coordination.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement tactics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaborate with the team.
• Ability to work some weekends to capture nightlife content and event coverage.

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Flexible schedule with a mix of remote work and on-site content creation.
• Occasional weekend shifts to capture live events and nightlife atmosphere.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
