Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Design engaging social media graphics, flyers, and table tents to promote specials, events, and new offerings.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of our food, drinks, staff, nightlife, and some events.
- Maintain an active presence on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok by scheduling and posting content.
- Monitor social media notifications, messages, and comments to engage with our audience in a timely manner.
- Stay on top of social media trends and implement creative strategies to grow our audience.
Website & Digital Presence Management
- Keep our website updated with current promotions, menu items, and event details.
- Upload live music schedules to the website and create Facebook events.
- Maintain and update our Google Business profile, ensuring hours, images, and key information are accurate.
Analytics, Advertising & Influencer Collaborations
- Track and analyze social media performance, website traffic, and engagement metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving reach and engagement based on analytics.
- Create and manage advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to maximize visibility and promotions.
- Identify and reach out to local influencers for collaborations, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with managers to align marketing efforts with business goals, upcoming events, and seasonal promotions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in social media marketing, preferably in the restaurant, bar, or hospitality industry.
- Strong graphic design skills (Canva or similar design tools).
- Photography and video editing skills.
- Familiarity with Wix for website updates and email marketing.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager (setting up, optimizing, and analyzing ad campaigns).
- Knowledge of influencer marketing strategies, outreach, and partnership coordination.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaborate with the team.
- Ability to work some weekends to capture nightlife content and event coverage.
Schedule & Work Environment:
- Flexible schedule with a mix of remote work and on-site content creation.
- Occasional weekend shifts to capture live events and nightlife atmosphere.
