Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Event Agent to assist with coordinating events. This role involves working with clients to ensure events run smoothly, handling logistics, and providing support on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help organize event
- Coordinate with event staff.
- Assist guests and clients during the event.
- Ensure all event equipment and materials are in place.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, such as event registration and paperwork.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Previous experience in event planning is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable working on evenings and weekends, as events may occur at these times.
