The NetSuite Enterprise Systems Manager is a fully remote role that will oversee the administration, integration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s NetSuite ERP ecosystem, including NSPB, NSQMS, Fusion PLM and other related critical business systems. This role will serve as the primary liaison between Operations, Finance, and external NetSuite service providers, ensuring seamless integration, automation, alignment with business goals, and high performance of enterprise systems. The ideal candidate comes from a retail / wholesale industry and has a deep understanding of NetSuite administration combined with strong leadership and project management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align technology initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise-level systems and applications.
- Lead the support function and manage our technical resources to ensure efficient and effective support that exceeds business requirements.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the organization's enterprise systems and applications.
- Manage new integrations and ensure seamless interoperability between enterprise systems.
- Oversee the planning and execution of system maintenance, upgrades and enhancements.
- Implement and maintain high security standards for enterprise systems and applications.
- Develop and enforce policies to ensure data privacy, system security, and compliance with financial audit requirements.
- Create guides and provide in person training for Netsuite related business systems.
