The Enterprise Sales, Restaurant Accounts role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with large restaurant chains and enterprise-level clients. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the restaurant industry and a proven track record in enterprise sales. The ideal candidate is adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers and has a passion for helping restaurants succeed.
What You’ll Do:
- Represent the Made In brand by managing and growing net-new and existing accounts within your specified vertical industry and/or region
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive outbound sales efforts
- Deliver a predictable and scalable outbound sales process to fill your pipeline and close deals (including cold calling, cold emailing, social selling etc.)
- Meet prospects and/or current customers in the field or represent Made In at industry events to build relationships, present new products, and strengthen enterprise brand partnerships
- Manage full sales cycle and post-sale logistics for large commercial orders including but not limited to quoting, payment processing, and delivery
- Manage, track and report sales activities, pipeline development, forecast, and delivered revenue via Salesforce and other sales tools
- Understand and evaluate customer objectives and provide solutions to generate add-on sales opportunities
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of the restaurant industry and its challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
