Supply Chain Analyst

To support our rapid growth, we’re seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Austin, TX reporting to our Director, Outbound Supply Chain. In this role, you will focus on maintaining data accuracy, monitoring inventory availability, and supporting fulfillment operations across our global network. You’ll help ensure that our systems, partners, and processes are aligned and optimized for accuracy, speed, and scalability. This is a highly collaborative role that will work cross-functionally with Fulfillment, Finance, Planning, Product, and Customer Experience.

What You’ll Do:

Inventory & Master Data Management

• Maintain and update SKU and BOM records in NetSuite to ensure data integrity across systems (ERP, OMS, WMS, Shopify, and EDI feeds).
• Support item lifecycle management, including new product setups, bill of material management, and component tracking.
• Monitor inventory transactions and reconcile discrepancies across our warehouse and fulfillment network.
• Manage the execution of the cycle count process across all warehouses and investigate root causes of variances.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in our inventory and fulfillment workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support audits, inventory reports, and operational system updates.

Fulfillment & Allocation Support

• Monitor and manage inventory availability across all warehouse locations to support fulfillment and reduce out-of-stock risk.
• Partner with 3PLs and trading partners to resolve fulfillment issues, delays, and system exceptions.
• Monitor international fulfillment flows, including inventory transfers and order processing.
• Manage inventory allocation across channels and nodes to support both DTC, B2B, and Wholesale needs.

Kitting Management

• Forecast kitting needs and manage the kitting production schedule to ensure on-time execution and product availability. 
• Manage the procurement of all packaging components to ensure sufficient supply for kitting and fulfillment operations.
• Validate component usage against BOMs and forecast needs to ensure accurate reporting and supply availability.

You take ownership of your work, have a strong eye for accuracy, and are always looking for ways to improve and scale operations.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory, operations, or a related analytical role
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Excel / SQL; comfortable working with and reconciling large data sets
• Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience communicating to internal management and external partners
• Excellent project and time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and  consistently deliver on deadlines
• Experience in ecommerce operations and / or fulfillment
• Bachelor's degree in related field required
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

 Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications:

• You know your way around a kitchen, and enjoy the cooking / food scene!
• Familiarity with eCommerce tools (Shopify, NetSuite, WMS, OMS) 
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Looker)
• Background / academic experience with statistics, operations research or other math-intensive field
