Construction Laborer

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Duties

• Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including framing, drywall installation, and concrete pouring.
• Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Perform general labor tasks as directed by supervisors or project managers.
• Help with site preparation, including digging trenches or clearing debris.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
