Madelia Health is seeking a Part-Time Materials Management Technician to join our team! This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys organizing, inventory management, and working collaboratively with a team.
Position Summary
As a Materials Management Tech, you will assist in organizing supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting the materials management staff in ensuring efficiency and accuracy in supply management. This position requires 10-15 hours per week, with two scheduled days onsite at Madelia Health.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1-5 years of relevant experience in inventory, supply chain, or materials management preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and maintain supply rooms and storage areas.
Assist in tracking inventory and ensuring minimum on-hand quantities.
Support the ordering and receiving of supplies.
Monitor and document lost, defective, or outdated supplies.
Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure accurate supply distribution.
Background study and pre-employment drug testing required.
