Job Title: Surgical Scrub Tech
Hourly Wage: $30.81-$36.75
Location: Madelia
Employment Type: Part-Time
Qualifications
- Education: Current Minnesota Licensure/Certification as a Scrub Tech.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Surgical Scrub Tech.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment during surgical procedures.
- Maintain a sterile operating field and assist the surgical team as needed.
- Prepare, clean, sterilize, and assemble surgical instruments and supplies.
- Perform accurate instrument, sponge, needle, and blade counts.
- Assist with room turnover and restocking of sterile supplies in the OR.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards.
Background study and pre-employment drug testing required.
