The targeted compensation range for this full time year round, non-exempt position is $90,000-$100,000 / yr. The position offers a competitive compensation package presented by Auberge Resorts Collection.
Job Description
As the Director of Residences, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and overall well-being of our residential facilities and homeowners association. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of residence management and governance, a commitment to fostering a vibrant community, and the ability to lead a team to deliver outstanding service to residents.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall resident experience and satisfaction.
Demonstrate an understanding of all legal agreements, association documents, and budgets pertaining to the operation of the residences.
Collaborate with other departments to organize and implement programs and activities that foster community engagement and uphold brand standards.
Lead communication among stakeholders for matters pertaining to homeowners and the residences.
Act as the primary contact for all residence owner inquiries, concerns, and requests. Serving as a liaison between shared services Directors.
Develop and implement residence policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and governing regulations.
Work closely with Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of residential financial reporting.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a senior residence management role, with a track record of creating positive living environments for residents.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on fostering a sense of community.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
