Madewell is looking for a highly motivated Email Marketing Associate who will support the growth and optimization of the Email, SMS and App marketing programs. This person will work cross-functionally across brand marketing, creative and ecommerce operations to support briefing, email deployment and analyzation of Madewell's owned retention marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a problem solver and a clear communicator. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Email Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for executing and optimizing email, SMS and app marketing communicationsSupports the Email Marketing team with maintaining the email, SMS and app push marketing calendarDevelops and implements lifecycle marketing journeys across email, SMS and appLeads audience segmentation and personalization for batch and trigger email programs to increase engagement and revenue productivityResponsible for crafting and submitting creative briefs, including seasonal briefs, promotions, key launches and ad hoc briefs based on business needsSupports project management throughout the email workflow, delivery, approvals, QA and deploymentExecutes and reports out on A / B tests to continuously improve performanceReports out on campaign performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis with actionable insights for cross-functional teamsConducts competitive landscaping to stay abreast of the latest trends in email marketingPartner with Brand Marketing and Site Merchandising to ensure cohesive brand messaging, product alignment and linking strategy
QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum of 2 years' experience in email marketing requiredBackground in deploying emails (experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus)Experience with project management tools such as JIRA and Airtable a plusProficient in Excel (basic functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc)Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a very cross-functional roleProven ability to proactively and autonomously manage projectsPassionate about developing and optimizing multi-channel strategies that enhance user engagement, retention, and overall experienceWe welcome you to apply, even if you don't check all the boxes. Salary Range : $64,200.00 - $77,000.00
