Junior SAP Developer (SQL, CDS Views)
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Irvine, CA (Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week minimum)
The Role:
Madiba has an exciting opportunity for an entry-level college graduate to join a highly recognized and industry-leading Management Consulting company specializing in SAP Solutions! We are looking for a highly motivated individual who takes initiative and is willing to undergo training for the opportunity to support internal initiatives as well as external customers while working with Executive Partners and Senior Consultants. This role will be focused on individuals looking for a career in the SAP landscape.
What you ll be working on:
- Develop HANA CDS Views
- Develop ABAP CDS Views
- Develop and support business solutions within SAP
- Support SAP Implementation projects
- Work on Financial Reporting solutions and dashboards
- Work on SAP Group Reporting solutions
- Research and requirements gathering
- Develop industry knowledge and skills within SAP and the Finance domain
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or Finance/Accounting disciplines encouraged to apply
- Hands on SQL coding or scripting capabilities, preferably in industry.
- Demonstrated analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with data analysis or financial data is highly desired
- 1-3 years of hands-on application development experience is desired
- Strong MS Excel capabilities
- Familiarity with data analysis or financial data is highly desired
- Portfolio of projects (preferably involving SQL)
- Proficiency with some coding language outside of SQL highly desired
