Overview

Join a dynamic team responsible for the lifecycle management and support of ongoing digital initiatives and strategies for a 12-month contract . This role focuses on operational support for hyperconverged platforms, cloud (AWS/Azure), and storage service offerings. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Architects, Network Support, Incident Management, Cyber Security and others to ensure resiliency and availability of key digital IT assets and services.

Responsibilities

• Operational support for all aspects of ICS operations including all server types (Windows and Linux), SAN/NAS storage, server virtualization technologies (including VMWare), backups systems (Commvault).

• Coordinate outages, hardware maintenance, software maintenance, etc.
• Work closely with IT Service Management team to follow ITIL / ITSM service delivery models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Information Technology Management or a related field. Equivalent work experience accepted.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Information Technology field with focus on Critical Infrastructure deployments.
• Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred
