Job Duties
- Act as a liaison with staff, the leadership team, and the Executive Director to ensure consistent communication and involvement or decision-making at the proper time.
- Assist Executive Director in overseeing grants achievements in consultation with staff and to improve workflow, teamwork, productivity and budget management.
- Handle details related to research, drafting, budgeting ,
- Supervise Office Manage who handle s Office Maintenance and supplies , handle bills payment, handles meeting events and external guests. prepare payroll documents for processing and other Office Manager duties.
- Prepare annual State narratives for state funding.
- Handle Human Resources and ensure everyone is aware of company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and conduct meetings of management and direct service professionals to ensure that important and timely information is shared among them
- Support the management team by assisting them in preparing for one-on-one meetings with the Executive Director as well as ensuring they follow up on those meetings to ensure that agreed-upon deliverables are produced.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve potential issues by calling them to the attention of executive management and identifying solutions as appropriate.
- Participate directly in one grant to assure meeting deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least two years management experience or associate degree with at least four years management experience
- Proven work experience as a manager and team leader
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent project report writing skills strong , strong verbal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and is a critical thinker.
- Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
