We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager (Electrical Construction) for our client, an electrical and lighting installation and maintenance contractor, located in Westchester NY. This is a Full-Time Hybrid position. Salary: $120-160K DOE plus performance bonus

This role requires expertise in project management, estimating, and ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple electrical construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all projects comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other industry regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to implement BIM processes effectively.
- Lead project teams, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality control.
- Oversee material procurement, change orders, and subcontractor coordination.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, troubleshoot issues, and enforce safety protocols.
- Utilize estimating software and tools to prepare accurate project bids and proposals.
- Ensure adherence to local and national electrical codes, permits, and licensing requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
- Licensed Master or Journeyman Electrician with extensive field experience.
- 10 years of experience in electrical construction, with at least 5 years in project management.
- Proficiency in BIM coordination and electrical design review.
- In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical safety standards.
- Strong experience in estimating electrical projects, including material take-offs and labor costing.
- Ability to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Familiarity with New York City building codes and regulations.
Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
