Advancement Coordinator, Development Office
Our client, an independent private school, seeks a detail-oriented Advancement Coordinator to join their Development Office team. This role is crucial in maintaining donor and constituent relationships through effective database management and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as primary administrator of the development database, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and proper maintenance
- Process all gift entries and generate acknowledgment letters
- Create and maintain detailed constituent records and relationships
- Generate custom reports and analyze data to support fundraising initiatives
- Manage event registration processes, including RSVP tracking and name tag creation
- Support mailing list management and coordinate mail merges for communications
- Provide general administrative support to the Development Office
- Assist with special events and other development activities as needed

Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday, standard business hours
Location : On-site
Payrate : $27-32 / hour
