Infrastructure Engineer
Contract Length : 12 months
Location : White Plains Office (Hybrid flexibility with minimum 2 days onsite, subject to change)

Project Overview :
Join a dynamic team managing the lifecycle and support of ongoing digital initiatives. This role focuses on operational support for hyper-converged platforms, cloud (AWS / Azure), and storage services, ensuring the resiliency and availability of critical IT assets.
Responsibilities :
- Operational support for servers (Windows and Linux), SAN / NAS storage, virtualization (VMWare), and backup systems (Commvault).
- Recommend efficiency improvements (IaaS, Lights Out Data Center, Automation, Cloud / Hybrid cloud).
- Manage infrastructure service SLAs, metrics, and KPIs using monitoring platforms (e.g., Splunk).
- Coordinate outages, hardware / software maintenance.
- Collaborate with IT Service Management team (ITIL / ITSM).
