Project Estimator
Assignment Duration : 12 months
Overview :
Seeking a skilled Project Estimator to prepare and coordinate detailed estimates for major capital construction and plant maintenance / modification projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the estimation process, including analyzing proposals, blueprints, and specifications to determine labor, material, and time requirements.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and coordinate detailed estimates for major capital construction and plant maintenance / modification projects.
- Analyze proposals, blueprints, and specifications to determine labor, material, and time requirements.
- Identify and incorporate risks, markups, and assumptions into estimates.
- Assign and oversee estimate deliverables to third-party A / E firms.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of estimates by A / E firms.
- Coordinate activities with SSM to ensure adherence to contract terms and conditions.
