We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager (Electrical Construction) for our client, an electrical and lighting installation and maintenance contractor, located in Hawthorne, NY. This is a Full-Time Hybrid position. Salary : $120-160K DOE plus performance bonus
Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple electrical construction projects. The ideal candidate is a seasoned electrician with a deep understanding of Electrical Construction, Project Management and a strong adherence to the National Electrical Code (NEC). This role requires expertise in project management, estimating, and ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage multiple electrical construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all projects comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other industry regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to implement BIM processes eAectively.
- Lead project teams, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality control.
- Oversee material procurement, change orders, and subcontractor coordination.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, troubleshoot issues, and enforce safety protocols.
- Utilize estimating software and tools to prepare accurate project bids and proposals.
- Ensure adherence to local and national electrical codes, permits, and licensing requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications & Skills :
Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
