A Manufacturing Company is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team and work in office.
The Bookkeeper will assist in the day-to-day accounting and clerical requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position as well as the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker with prior high-volume AP processing, reliable and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.
Duties:
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate records
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Review and process supplier invoices in ERP system through data entry or upload, ensuring appropriate three-way match.
- Process expense reports and categorize appropriately
- New customer and vendor setup and maintenance
- Maintain updated vendor records including W9’s.
- Prepares check runs
Requirements:
- The successful candidate should have 3 years experience working in an office environment in bookkeeping.
- General Ledger system experience required
- Must have QuickBooks, similar or related accounting software experience (*NetSuite-Oracle experience is a plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
