A reputable, fast growing, law firm specializing in personal injury cases is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment and contribute to the success of clients seeking justice for Plaintiff personal injury claims. This position is Monday-Thursday (in office) and Friday is (remote).
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge and experience of drafting and preparing all phases of Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation, from case inception to trial.
- Preparation of documents include: pleadings, motions, discovery requests and Bill of Particulars.
- Conduct research to support legal proceedings
- Experience with E-filing
Qualifications:
- Must have NY Plaintiff Personal Injury experience
- Must speak Spanish
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
