The Food and Beverage Director at Madison Beach Hotel will oversee all aspects of the hotel's dining and beverage offerings. This role involves strategic planning, menu development, staff management, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement food and beverage strategies
- Manage the dining, catering, and bar areas to meet financial goals
- Hire, train, and supervise staff
- Create and update menus based on market trends and guest feedback
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
- Coordinate with other departments to provide seamless guest service

Compensation: $75,000-$85,000
