Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to make an impact? Go Store It Management, LLC is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team!
In this role, youll take ownership of day-to-day accounts payable operationsprocessing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and supporting month-end closings to ensure our financial systems run smoothly and efficiently.
What Youll Do:

Process and reconcile invoices with accuracy and proper coding

Manage electronic payments, check runs, and bank deposits

Maintain organized and up-to-date vendor files and records

Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and inquiries

Support month-end close processes and prepare for audits

Assist with 1099 processing, business license renewals, and sales tax payments

Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting best practices
What Were Looking For:

2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Experience with Yardi or similar accounting software preferred

Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Detail-driven and highly organized with a strong sense of accountability
Preferred Education:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (not required)
