The City of Madison Parking Division is looking to hire a Data and Analytics Manager. This position involves high-level professional and administrative responsibilities, including overseeing programs, services, and staff within the Data and Analytics Section. Manage and supervise the data and analytics functions of the Parking DivisionManage, coordinate, facilitate, and direct the activities of staff responsible for technology, software, and equipment, GIS/Mapping, and data analysis.Develop, review, and implement plans, procedures, goals, objectives, and functions of the Data and Analytics Unit.Prioritize and assign work.Actively engage in the City’s employee engagement and training initiatives.Participate in and/or oversee the hiring, training, evaluation, and discipline of assigned lower-level supervisors, professionals, and administrative staff.
