**Job Summary:**

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in janitorial or custodial roles.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to cleaning products and equipment.
**Main Job Tasks and Duties:**
• Make ready vacant units for move in
• Maintain common areas including, but not limited to, the clubhouse, public restrooms, fitness center, business center, and corridors
• Sweep, scrub, mop and polish floors
• Vacuum clean carpets, rugs and draperies
• Shampoo carpets, rugs and upholstery
• Dust and polish furniture and fittings
• Clean metal fixtures and fittings
• Empty and clean trash containers
• Dispose of trash in a sanitary manner
• Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs and showers
• Wipe down glass surfaces
• Wash windows as scheduled
• Operate mechanized cleaning equipment
• Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition
• Monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements
• Communicate supplies need to the Maintenance Supervisor for ordering
• Stock community amenity spaces
• Light maintenance including possible paint, filter changes and light bulb replacement
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Disinfect and sanitize high-touch surfaces regularly.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning up for events or meetings.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure a clean and orderly environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Work in various environmental conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings.
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively.
