Madison Regional Health System is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to be a part of the Madison Regional Health System mission : Committed to providing quality healthcare, close to home.
Our Executive Assistant is an essential part of our Administration team who provides excellent customer service, telephone etiquette, confidentiality, and communication. The Assistant works closely with the CEO and CFO by typing memorandums, correspondence, and reports; prepares and maintains confidential correspondence, records, and reports; assist with scheduling medical staff meetings and director meetings; assist with physician and APP schedules for clinic and call, secure locum coverage when needed; assist with organizing and tracking contracts for facility; onboarding new board members; coordinating calendars for CEO and CFO; cross-train with provider credentialing; field phone calls for CEO and CFO; assist in complying with Department of Health regulations; assist in monitoring and applying for grants; assist in preparation and maintaining current information for organization manual, personnel policies, and administrative policies; provide clerical duties for CEO, CFO, Director of Quality, HR, and Marketing; manage travel arrangements for staff; maintain supply inventory for Administrative department.
Education : High School Diploma required, one or two years of college desirable. Knowledgeable of Microsoft Word & Excel.
Hours will be Monday-Friday, 40 hours weekly with minimal evening and weekend involvement. Full-time positions come with Madison Regional Health System's benefits package and a competitive salary.
