Job Summary
The Athletics Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and management of athletic programs, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all participants. Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage athletic programs tailored to student interests and needs.
- Supervise and train staff, coaches, and childcare personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for all participants.
- Organize events and competitions in various sports such as basketball, baseball, softball, T-ball, Soccer and Volley ball.
- Monitor participant progress and provide feedback to improve skills in various athletic disciplines.
Experience
- Proven experience working with students in an athletic or educational setting is essential.
- Background in sports management or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with various sports is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and participants alike.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and community members.
