Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Business Relationship Manager to drive real estate acquisition opportunities through strategic networking and relationship-building. This individual will cultivate and maintain partnerships with real estate agents, attorneys, wholesalers, lenders, and other professionals in the real estate industry to generate a steady pipeline of off-market property leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, attorneys, wholesalers, lenders, probate specialists, and other key contacts.
- Identify and cultivate off-market real estate opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Attend local real estate networking events, meetups, and association meetings to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure leads are properly qualified and converted into successful deals.
- Stay informed about market trends, foreclosure processes, probate cases, and distressed property opportunities that align with our buying criteria.
- Educate referral partners about our home-buying solutions and how we can help sellers in unique situations.
- Track and report key performance metrics related to lead generation and relationship-building efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, sales, business development, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to generate leads.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of real estate investment strategies, probate, foreclosure, or distressed properties is a plus.
- Ability to attend networking events and engage with industry professionals regularly.
